Shipping policy

All items that are listed are made to order unless otherwise noted. I will ship via First Class mail with the US Postal Service for packages weighing less than 1lb , any packages weighing over a pound will ship via priority mail within 3-10 business days for made to order items. Custom orders or items that need reordered materials will ship within 7-21 business days. You will be notified in email from my store with the tracking information as well as how to properly look up your expected order delivery date.

Packages shipped through first class mail ships with NO INSURANCE. Ownership of packages once shipped is turned over to the USPS and transfers to buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carried or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses nor refund for wrong addresses on your part.
